LABOR DAY FUN...
Although we hung around Shelby Township for Labor Day, we sure did find a lot to do. Mimi and Papa came up to visit their boys and we ventured out to take advantage of the awesome weather. A little "Kidsfest" and a carnival for the boys and, even though we didn't get pictures, Kurt and I got out for a little date. Good times for all.

LANCE IS 5 MONTHS...
My sweet little boy is already five months old. It really starts to get fun now-- it seems like he is learning something new everyday.
In the past month, Lance has grown both physically and developmentally. I can't believe how big he is when I feed him. I remember when he easily fit into my arms when he was nursing. Now he is sprawled out, his little feet dangling off the armrest of my rocking chair. He got his second tooth, is rolling over like a log- front to back, back to front, left and right- he scream/talks all day long and he is reaching for the ones he loves. The biggest change is that he offically started eating food on Saturday and he really seemed to like it. Not much longer and he won't even need me :-(
He is a sweet, smiley boy. I just want to eat him up. Sometimes being a mom is sooo draining, but one gummy grin from my boy, and all is forgiven.

CRACKING UP...
The boys are starting to interact with each other, and I think it is the coolest thing to watch. KJ tells us everyday that he loves "his baby Lance". And I think the feeling is mutual. Lance stares at KJ and smiles, talks and laughs.
I am going to replay this video when they are fighting tooth and nail with each other.
